This hotel, near the airport, was excellent. the breakfast buffet presented a good mix of local and international options. the airport transfers were smooth, providing comfort and security. i especially liked how spacious rooms were. The beds were comfortable.
the service, although adequate, was not EXTRAORDINARY in terms of attentiveness.

solid stay near the airport

suraj utekar was doing a great job. he was always polite and attentive to what i asked for. i went to breakfast, i asked that my room would be cleaned. it was always perfectly cleaned when i came back. the executive lounge had a relaxed atmosphere. there was a lot of variety so i had an early dinner each evening after a long day. the staff was always attentive and remembered what i asked for. i also liked seeing happy faces when i came down to breakfast.
i did encounter a small issue with the noodles one evening. some of them were not fully cooked. a little more care when cooking them would be appreciated.

The food was excellent. the staffs were friendly. When a concern arose, they addressed it quickly. ms. sohana at the front desk was helpful. She even arranged for medicines when i felt sick.
the lady at the reception during check-in was strange in an uncomfortable way. she took pictures of my visa stamp and passport while i was paying.
